Heritage USA is opening Ozarks Resort in Marble Falls AR just north of Jasper. The overall resort will consist of Hotel, Theater/Convention Center, Restaurants, Shopping Center(s), RV Park, Recreational Facilities and Theme Park (site of the historic Dogpatch USA) in Newton County, Arkansas.
